     For your convenience, Crib 'n Carriage has developed an online method of placing orders on products which we feature in our Catalogs and Prices section.   Please note that this order form should only be used for products featured in our Product Browser.  If you have a question about or need a quote on a product not displayed in our catalogs, please e-mail sales@cribncarriage.com directly with that information.
     To place an order, please fill out all of the fields below, and then press the "Submit" button.  If you wish to order an item from a catalog that does not have a price, please e-mail sales@cribncarriage.com first to obtain a price.
     Once you've submitted your order, an representative from Crib 'n Carriage will contact you via phone within 48 hours to both clarify your order and discuss payment and shipping options.  Crib 'n Carriage values the security of your credit card, and as a result, will only take payment over the phone.  Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
     Please note that submitting your order here places you under no obligation to purchase the merchandise you specify.  The order transaction will take place only after a Crib 'n Carriage employee contacts you by phone and verifies the order which you specified on the form below.
