After your child outgrows the need for a crib (anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 years), you can adapt your Baby's Dream crib into a youth bed by removing the front end of the crib and reattaching the sides with a youth kit. Later, when your child needs a larger bed, you can convert the youth bed into a double bed with bed rails and the footboards from the original crib. However, the crib's not the only thing convertible! Several of the Baby's Dream 3 drawer chests come equipped with changing bays built into their tops. Once the changing bay is no longer needed, you can literally flip the chest over to expose the flat non-changer top on the other end! Practical ... and amazing!
